Terms of Service — Art Pass

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an Art Pass account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Art Pass is a subscription-based platform that allows artists to issue, manage, and update Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes for their collectors. The service includes pass creation, push notifications, and collector management.

3. Artist Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Art Pass.

4. Subscription & Billing

Art Pass is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $18/month. Payment is processed securely via Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Art Pass to distribute illegal content, infringe third-party intellectual property, spam collectors, or misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all artwork, text, and media you upload. By uploading content, you grant Art Pass a limited license to display and deliver that content as part of the pass service.

7. Collector Data

Collector names and email addresses submitted through your pass link are stored and accessible only to you. Art Pass does not sell or share this data with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Art Pass is provided "as is." We are not liable for pass delivery failures, Apple or Google Wallet policy changes, or interruptions beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Art Pass after changes constitutes acceptance.
